Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process your order.

  • Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.


Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to busy periods, customs, or shipping carriers.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum order quantity required.


Dispatch & Shipping

When an order is marked as “shipped” or “dispatched”, this means that the order has been processed, packed and handed over to our fulfilment partner and is in the shipping process.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the shipping confirmation email has been sent. This does not mean the order has not been shipped, but that it is in transit within the logistics network and waiting to be scanned by the carrier.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Busy holiday periods
  • Incorrect address information
  • Situations outside our control

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.

If the wrong address has been provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address or refund the order.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@byrnedublin.com and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
