Returns

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in original condition and packaging
  • The item must not be damaged, heavily used, or altered
  • All parts and components must be included
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be cleaned before returning

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)
  • Full name
  • Address

Please do not send your return to the sender address.
We will provide the correct return address after your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

Cancellation Policy

As we process orders automatically, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped.

If your order is already in transit, please wait until you receive the goods and then follow the return process.

Shipments in Transit

Since our products are shipped from our international warehouse, shipping times may vary. If your order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible until the order has been delivered.
